Gulnaz Restaurant and Café opened its doors in January 2010 and has since then become a favorite place in Dubai for Russian speaking population and not only. Although some call it an Uzbek Restaurant and for some it is a Kazakh restaurant and for many it is Russian Restaurant, in fact Gulnaz Restaurant offers Central Asian and Russian mixed fusion cuisine with few Arabic and European dishes making it more an international restaurant in the Heart of Dubai Marina.

Interior so tasteful and unique, as you enter you will see impressive high ceiling with beautiful chandelier, first level, we like to call it Kazakh hall for its circle shape like the Kazakh Yurts, and more further behind beautiful arch, Uzbek hall, where you can choose to seat by the regular tables or traditional Tapchans which is similar to Arabic Majlis seating and offers curtains for privacy, convenient and offers maximum comfort for families and ladies.

Beautiful wooden stairs curves up to mezzanine level by the beautiful hand painted walls, so mesmerizing.

First painting tells you tales of beautiful Kazakh hills, women having picnic while playing in dombra, men on horses with falcons by the traditional Kazakh Yurt.

Next is painting ancient Uzbekistan, bazar like in Samarkand or Bukhara, it could even be in Khiva, women in burqa as in ancient times, choosing silk and merchants around with all kind of goods.

Then painting takes you to cold winter of Russia in Paskha (Easter) it reflects party by the hillside with snow and kids sliding down the hill, women and man having fun and chatting.

Finally you reach Arabian story of one thousand one nights, king is on his throne and princess seats beside with beautiful outfit as in fairy tales.

You are on the mezzanine level, where cozy sofas and Tapchan seating awaits, tapchans are so convenient for families and ladies, you can close curtains for maximum dining comfort.
