HOW TO CHOOSE SNEAKERS AND GYM SHOES FOR SPORT

Universal sports sneakers and gym shoes are footwear for daily socks, active recreation and walks. But there are models intended only for certain types of loadings. Such footwear should be selected according to type of trainings as at each sport the requirements to a form and equipment.

Run and walking
