One of world's highest pools to open in Dubai in Q4 2020
Sunset Hospitality Group to expand its portfolio with the launch of the AURA Skypool & Lounge on 50th floor of Palm Tower
Sunset Hospitality Group, a Dubai-based hospitality investment and management company, is expanding its portfolio with the launch of the AURA Skypool & Lounge at Palm Jumeirah, Dubai.
Slated for opening in the fourth quarter of 2020, AURA Skypool will occupy the entire 50th floor of The Palm Tower, the hotel and residential development by Nakheel, situated in the heart of the world-famous island.
At 210 metres above ground, the skypool is one of the highest in the world, and will offer unobstructed views of The Palm.
“We are thrilled to launch the first AURA Skypool & Lounge brand to Dubai. AURA is the result of combining an extraordinary unique location and a carefully crafted design and hospitality experience. We have carefully studied our customers’ preferences and requirements and have developed a unique one-of-kind destination, where guests can relax and unwind at new heights,” said Antonio Gonzalez, CEO, Sunset Hospitality Group.
The pool destination boasts private elevators that will transport guests to the island-themed oasis in the sky, he added.
AURA Skypool Lounge will also offer a menu of pan-Asian cuisine, while a beverage list will be curated by the group’s award-winning mixologists.
“AURA will appeal to both tourists and residents of Dubai who seek new experiences. A unique lifestyle venue, it will be the one of the most Instagrammable locations in the city and a destination in its own right. We are looking forward to launching AURA and sharing this wonderful site with all our clients,” said Antonio.
AURA Skypool Lounge is the latest addition to Sunset Hospitality Group’s portfolio, which currently comprises multiple dining, beach club and nightlife venues in Dubai, Jeddah, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Bahrain, Geneva and London.
Sunset Hospitality Group said plans are also underway to open 15 new outlets before the end of 2020, taking the group’s portfolio over 35 venues.
