IN DUBAI TWO BROTHERS ARE SENTENCED TO DEATH FOR MURDER OF THE HUSBAND OF THE SISTER

In Dubai two brothers are accused of murder of the husband of the sister after that has married without family consent.
In Dubai two brothers are sentenced to death for murder of the husband of the sister through a suffocation by a rope because the man married their sister without consent of a family of the last.
In November, 2014 Pakistani, F.A., who will bail, enticed the fellow countryman, M.T., for discussion of a family dispute in a sandy zone in the area the Drill of Dubai where he beat him, and strangled later. Having committed murder, the man left the country.
The trial court of Dubai charged F.A. in premeditated murder, and his younger brother, 26-year I.A., it was found guilty of complicity. The chief judge Fahd Al Shamsi pronounced to two brothers a death penalty.
Protecting itself in court, I.A. found itself not guilty and claimed that it wasn't present when making murder.
According to case papers, the younger brother nevertheless helped F.A., inciting him to revenge the victim.
About M.T loss. the police knew from his boss who reported that the employee doesn't answer calls. The body of the killed was found by determination of location of its car. During interrogation the brother of the victim reported that he suspects F.A. and I.A.
The police lieutenant told that primary interrogations showed participation of F.A. to murder of the victim, and accounting of data on immigrants confirmed that F.A. left the country in six hours before the body was found. Soon after that the police detained I.A., who was recognized murder planning. the 26-year-old defendant told during interrogation that he warned the elder brother not to make quick decisions and not to kill the victim in the UAE, but F.A. finished with M.T. without the knowledge of the second defendant.
The judgment is subject to appeal within 15 days.
