Dubai luxury resort rebranded ahead of expansion plan
The five-star, JA Jebel Ali Golf Resort, has been renamed The Resort, Jebel Ali Beach
The five-star, JA Jebel Ali Golf Resort, has been renamed The Resort, Jebel Ali Beach as it continues to expand with a third property due to open next year.
The Resort, Jebel Ali Beach will be home to three properties - JA Beach Hotel, JA Palm Tree Court and JA Lake View Hotel, which will open in September 2019.
The repositioning of JA Resorts & Hotels flagship resort will see "commitment to delivering exceptional services and experiences that will engage all generations of holiday makers", a statement said. It added that JA Lake View Hotel will add a further 348 keys to the resort when it opens and will also bring additional dining options and new leisure facilities.
Set within 128 acres, The Resort, Jebel Ali Beach currently offers a variety of room types, from dedicated family rooms to luxurious suites, an 800-metre private beach, four landscaped swimming pools, a choice of 16 restaurants and bars.
Anthony Ross, CEO, JA Resorts & Hotels, said: “This is an exciting progression in our plans to further develop our unique portfolio of properties and expand on their offerings, which started with the revamp of JA Hatta Fort Hotel last year.
"The Resort, Jebel Ali Beach has been a destination that has provided family focused holidays since 1981 and our 40 percent repeat guests that we welcome back is testament to this. The new hotel and repositioning of the resort are designed to meet the needs of today’s leisure travelers who we know are looking for experiences to remember.”
Dubai-based JA Resorts & Hotels, owned by the Dutco Group of Companies, employs nearly 2,000 staff across its portfolio.
