Meraas and Bulgari have announced the handover of Bulgari Residences Dubai, located within the 1.7 million square foot Bulgari Resort & Residences Dubai.
The resort, which includes the world’s first Bulgari Yacht Club, is comprised of 168 apartments ranging from one- to three-bedroom units, six four-bedroom penthouses, and 15 mansions ranging from three- to six-bedrooms.
The start of the handover process affirms Meraas’ commitment to delivering quality projects that enrich life in Dubai, the company said in a statement.
Designed by renowned Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, the residences are managed by the adjacent Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, and residents can benefit from services, including housekeeping, catering, butler services, personal shopper and a 24-hour concierge. Buildings are also equipped with a fitness centre, a swimming pool and a steam room.
Pep Lozano, general manager of Bulgari Resort & Residences, said: “We are thrilled to welcome our first residents, who will be living in the Bulgari residential community on the island. Everything is set for their arrival and the Bulgari Resort Dubai is ready to create for them a remarkable experience defined by comfort and convenience and to ensure that their every need will be catered to.”
