The fashion-themed property will feature an art installation in the lobby
Dubai developer Emaar has announced the launch of a new property under its Address hotel brand opposite the Burj Khalifa.
The 167-room Address Fashion Avenue will be linked to the fashion district of Dubai Mall, which is undergoing expansion works to include 150 brands.
It will include a specifically commissioned art installation in the welcome foyer with dining rooms and an open kitchen.
A library, lounge and fumoir, café, restaurant, rooftop pool and pavilion, spa, fitness facilities and children’s play area are among the other features.
An additional residence component will add 48 one-bedroom and 30 two-bedroom serviced apartments.
Emaar Hospitality CEO Olivier Harnisch said the project would be the 12 Address hotel in Dubai and add to the company’s 11 operational hotels and 28 projects in the pipeline.
“The hotel and serviced residences will appeal to those value exclusivity, love fashion and wish to make a personal statement on their preferences and aspirations,” he said.
Emaar also operates lifestyle brand Vida Hotels and Resort and mid-scale Rove Hotels.
