Sharjah Holding launches Uptown Al Zahia residential project
Upon completion in 2022, Uptown Al Zahia will be home to more than 700 families, says developer
Sharjah Holding, a partnership between Majid Al Futtaim - Properties and Sharjah Asset Management, has launched Uptown Al Zahia.
The newest neighbourhood in Al Zahia, Sharjah’s lifestyle destination, offers homes ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, plus swimming pools, fitness facilities and underground parking, all designed within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, leisure and entertainment outlets with direct pedestrian access to City Centre Al Zahia.

Uptown Al Zahia will feature two clusters Woroud and Zohour. The first release features Woroud 1, one of five residential buildings within the cluster, offering a wide choice of studios and one-bedroom apartments.

Upon completion in 2023, Al Zahia will be home to more than 12,000 residents in 2,270 villas, townhouses and apartments.
Structured in the form of eight individually designed neighbourhoods, Al Zahia also features six themed community parks.
