Monty Python's Spamalot coming to Dubai Opera
Award-winning West End comedy arrives in Dubai in May
Monty Python’s West End stage show Spamalot is coming to Dubai this year.
Dubai Opera is getting ready to host its first ever comedy show in May, with with six performances over the five days - from Wednesday May 2 to Sunday 6.
Spamalot is spun off from Monty Python’s classic 1975 movie, as lead character King Arthur embarks on a bold quest to find an elusive and ancient treasure.
On his travels, Arthur encounters mutinous knights, surprisingly aggressive rabbits and alarmingly ferocious Frenchmen.
The Tony Award-winning show is written by legendary comedian and Monthy Pyton origainal Eric Idle. He also wrote the musical score for the show, which includes Always Look On The Bright Side of Life.
