DUBAI HAS APPROVED THE PROJECT OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE GLASS HOUSE IN THE PARK OF THE KORAN
In Dubai implementation of the project of a cave and the glass house in Quran Park under construction is approved.
Its Highness the sheikh Hamdan bin Muhammad bin Rasheed Al Maktoum, the crown prince of Dubai, approved the project of construction in the preparing Quran Park of the glass house and a cave with a total cost of $27,2 million. Two places of interest have to become key elements of the park which is issued in style of the well-known Andalusian gardens in the Southern Spain.
The glass design will become the house for the plants mentioned in the Sacred Book, and shops selling them, and Cave of Miracles will tell about the miracles described on pages of the Koran with use of the latest interactive technologies.
"Quran Park — a fine opportunity to explain sense of a set of miracles in the field of the science and medicine mentioned in the Holy Koran and also advantages of the plants noted in the Holy Koran and how strongly modern medicine depends on these a plant for treatment, and also about their ecological advantages" — the head of Municipality of Dubai Hussain Nasser of Loot told.
Originally Quran Park had to be open in September, 2015. It is known that the park occupying 60 hectares will be started next year around Al Khawaneej, near the international airport of Dubai. It will have 12 gardens in which will land 54 species of the plants mentioned in the Holy Koran and also solar panels, the playground, movie theater under the open sky, bicycle and racetracks.
