The house which is called Heritage House or "The house of heritage" today has been built in 1890. He belonged to the rich merchant who was engaged in trade in pearls, to Ahmed bin Dalmuk famous also those that he has founded Al-akhmadiye school in Dubai.
The house of heritage in Dubai is a classical example of the Arab architecture of the 19th century. It is constructed of a shell rock and plaster, has a courtyard and open verandahs through which the sunlight got into rooms.
Today Heritage House is turned into the museum. You can walk on rooms and see in what conditions there lived wealthy people of Arab Emirates, and also to learn other aspects of everyday life of Arabs, for example, of the rule of traditional childish sports.
